Customer surveys

Customer surveys are popular, but often the full potential is not realized. From our point of view, you should not only focus the questionnaire on satisfaction, but also on future business opportunities. At C Square, customer responses are made available to the responsible employees via the feedback loop dashboard. Your employees can enter into a dialogue with the customer and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities.

Employee pulse checks

Pulse Checks (also called team barometers) are short, anonymous surveys of selected teams. This instrument is mainly used for larger change processes such as reorganizations, but it can also be part of a continuous employee dialogue. Website usability tests

With C Square's UX tests, you can find out what their customers are really doing on your website. We select around 100-200 test customers and watch exactly how they behave on your website. You get access to interactive web analytics dashboards and the qualitative assessment of test customers. C Square UX tests are suitable for live websites, specific user journeys or A / B testing.

Online elections

In foundations and similar organizations, the supervisory authority often has to be elected by the members. Postal elections are very expensive and involve a lot of effort. With the online election tool from C Square, the voting procedure is significantly simplified: The election takes place online and you receive an automated evaluation. This saves you a large part of the costs for printing and data acquisition.

Self Service Survey

Survey software is usually complicated and unsuitable for inexperienced users. The self-service survey tool from C Square, on the other hand, is very easy to use and does not require any prior knowledge. You choose a questionnaire template, adjust the content with drag-and-drop, create multilingual access links with just a few clicks and get access to automated reporting. So you can carry out your customer and employee surveys completely independently.

Analytics methods are used if you want to link survey data with other information, for example.
