Elections to supervisory and foundation boards present organizations with major logistical challenges. In the absence of alternatives, such elections are often still carried out by post, which is expensive and time-consuming. With the online voting tool, C Square offers a simpler and cheaper alternative to conventional voting. Ideally, the invitation to vote is sent by e-mail, but a mixed form of post and online is also possible.
Procedure
- We will discuss the starting point of your choice together
- We set up the candidate profiles in our tool according to your instructions.
- You send us the contact details of the voting participants
- We generate an access code for each participant and send it individually to each participant.
- The participants register with their login data in our voting system and take part in the election.
- After the end of the electoral period, you will have access to a count of the votes
Software
- The voting software was developed by C Square
- All data is stored on ISO-certified servers in Switzerland
- Access to election data is only available to C Square employees
- E-mails are always sent by C Square staff
- The election URL, layout and election form can be adapted to your individual needs
