Employee pulse checks

An employee pulse check is an anonymous short survey on topics such as workload, employee motivation, team atmosphere and the like. Pulse checks are usually only used by teams that volunteer for them. Employees are given the opportunity to express their opinion anonymously and thus provide management with early detection of potential dangers. In contrast to large employee surveys, pulse checks are usually only used for individual teams and for short periods of time.

When are employee pulse checks used?

  • With strong internal change processes (e.g. reorganization, team mergers, etc.)
  • If there is a sudden drop in performance in an individual team or fluctuation increases significantly.
  • If the workload changes significantly due to external factors (e.g. due to the corona pandemic)
  • In the case of a strategic realignment or a change in management, which is accompanied by strong uncertainty among the staff

Project steps

  • We discuss the initial situation and the periodicity of the pulse checks together
  • We set up the Pulse Check questionnaire on our system
  • We generate access links that employees can use to access the Pulse Check.
  • The links will be sent to the staff either by C Square or by you.
  • Employees fill out the Pulse Survey.
  • You will receive an anonymized evaluation of the results
